Most of the deep-discount retailers take an "all sales are final" approach to customer returns. At studioparts.co.uk, we offer you the option of returning items that don't meet your needs. Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. For any reason, if you are unhappy with a purchase, you can return it to us within 20 days after the receipt of your purchase.

Here is our return policy:

To return an item, please email us at support.uk@studioparts.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Items must be returned in all original packaging and containers. All items should be returned with a tracking number, as studioparts.co.uk is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Returns received without an RMA number will be returned to the sender. Returned product should be received in our warehouse within 20 days of receiving the RMA number.

To qualify, simply initiate the return within 20 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc., and shrink wrap for Book, Music, and Video products).

Exchanges will be processed as two transactions. A return of the item for a refund and an order will be placed for the new item.

Returns and refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Your refund will be the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and less a restocking fee of 10% per-item.

The returned product must be in new condition. Returns with obvious signs of use, will not be accepted. Shipping charges are not refundable.

We recommend inspecting your order thoroughly upon receipt. If an item is defective/damaged, if you have received the wrong product, or if an item is missing, you must notify us within seven days of receipt. We will then issue a return tag for the item and will send a replacement once the item is received and evaluated (if damaged/defective).

If an order is refused, the return freight charge and/or customs duties and taxes will be deducted from the product refund.

Cancellation of Order:

Studioparts.co.uk makes every effort to fulfil all the orders placed. However, there might be certain orders that studioparts.co.uk is unable to process; and we reserve the rights to cancel or reject the acceptance of such order and decision of studioparts.co.uk in this respect shall be final and binding on the customer.

The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, problems identified by our credit, fraud avoidance department, etc.

Studioparts.co.uk reserves the right to cancel any order if there is any mismatch of credit card information resulting failed authentication of the said transaction.

Our Customer Care Team will communicate to you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
